What's on offer? A remote-based position, £45,000 - £60,000 Basic, up to £90,000 OTE, full-time or part-time hours, car allowance, healthcare and strong holiday entitlement! This Residential Surveyor position is for a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice working across both residential and commercial sectors. Known for providing their Surveyors with the time, trust and support needed to deliver a high standard of service. Supported by experienced teams, workloads are managed sensibly, and there is a clear commitment to staff wellbeing, long-term retention and career development. As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve: Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including: • Level 2 Surveys, • Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary), • Red Book Valuations, • Bespoke Building Surveys, • Private and Panel work, • Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments, • Minimum AssocRICS or higher, • Proven track record in Surveying, • Registered Valuer Status, • UK Driving License, • Working hours: remote / WFH basis. Full or part-time hours are available, • Holiday allowance: 5 weeks plus 4 well-being days., • Salary package: £45,000 - £60,000 Basic, £60,000 - £90,000 OTE, • 10% Commission on personal net billings, • Car Allowance, • RICS fees paid + ongoing CPD, • Rewards scheme, • Healthcare programme, • Career progression
