The Position: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of complex engineering and construction projects. Working alongside the Senior Project Manager, you will help to ensure that contracts and packages of work are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with technical and project objectives. Some of the main responsibilities of the Project Manager will include: • Support the Senior Project Manager in planning and delivering project strategies that align with the overall programme execution plan., • Assist in securing and managing the necessary resources, ensuring all team members remain suitably qualified and experienced., • Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders., • Anticipate, manage, and resolve issues within the project or work package, escalating when necessary., • Support the development and maintenance of schedules and ensure alignment with wider project timelines., • Identify risks, maintain risk registers, and ensure proactive mitigation measures are in place., • Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and coordinate with commercial and procurement teams as required., • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices across programmes. Preferred Profile: Alongside a commitment to our values of Care & Compassion, Performance, Team Spirit, and Inclusiveness, we are looking for individuals who can bring the following: • Degree-qualified in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline. Chartered or professional status is desirable., • Recognised project management qualification such as the Association for Project Management Professional Qualification (desirable but not essential)., • Experience in engineering design, procurement, and field execution strategies for project delivery., • Good knowledge of CDM Regulations., • Experience managing large-scale construction activities and complex contracts., • Competence in cost control, schedule management, change control, and risk management., • Proven ability to manage commercial claims and negotiations., • Knowledge of major contract frameworks such as NEC & FIDIC Please note that visa sponsorship is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on role criticality and project needs.
