From land Purchase to being live on site., • Work with all subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate best deals where appropriate and work with other departments to improve cost effectiveness., • Assist Land team with LPE’s, estimating and completing land purchase exercise viability and financial pack if bid is successful, • Calculate all the prime costs on developments within the business, reporting any movements in the costs since the preparation of the land purchase exercise. Starting on £32,000 you will increase £1,000 each time after completing 6 and 12 months of service to £34,000 per annum Role summary: To deliver customers' products to the required premises ensuring all customers receive exceptional customer service as part of a multi-drop delivery route. The driver will ensure that all products are transported safely to the customers' premises, treating their freight as if it were their own. Role summary: To transport goods to and from customers premises, and our central hubs, into the DX delivery network. This role requires the ability to work to deadlines and to manage on-road routes in order to achieve time-sensitive deliveries.
