Mobile Patrol Officer – Job Description We are seeking a proactive and reliable Mobile Patrol Officer to join our Operations team, providing high-quality site-based security, enforcement, and customer service across allocated locations. This is a mobile role requiring regular travel between sites, delivering consistent standards of patrol, compliance, and client support in line with operational procedures and site requirements. Key Responsibilities • Attend allocated sites within scheduled patrol cycles and as operationally required, • Conduct regular patrols of site and car park areas, maintaining cleanliness and order where applicable, • Enforce parking terms and conditions by issuing Parking Charge Notices in line with site signage and regulations, • Carry out basic checks, preventative maintenance, and replenishment of equipment such as payment and validation kiosks, • Report faults, incidents, near misses, and health & safety concerns promptly and accurately, • Maintain accurate site logs using handheld devices and complete all sign-in/out procedures, • Ensure vehicles (company or personal) are kept safe, roadworthy, and maintained in line with policy, • Maintain a professional presence and deliver excellent customer service at all times, • Ensure correct uniform and PPE are worn and kept to standard, • Monitor stock levels and support inventory control where required, • Communicate effectively with site teams, colleagues, and management throughout shifts, • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safe working practices Skills & Attributes • Full UK driving licence (essential), • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Good problem-solving and decision-making ability, • Basic IT literacy (handheld devices and reporting systems), • Organised, punctual, and self-motivated, • Able to work independently and as part of a team, • Able to remain professional in challenging situations What We’re Looking For • Strong timekeeping and reliability, • A practical and calm approach to enforcement situations, • Awareness of health & safety and safe working practices, • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, mobile working environment, • Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service Success in This Role • Meeting operational targets and site requirements, • Maintaining high standards of enforcement and customer service, • Effective communication with teams, clients, and site contacts, • Strong collaboration with colleagues to support operational excellence, • Demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and company values
