Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of perishable items and cleaning of equipment and utensils. Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, answering questions about our coffee offerings and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, processing orders through our point-of-sale system. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours. Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting your colleagues and maintaining a professional demeanour at all times. Requirements: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
