Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Assistant Manager will support the successful running of the whole Food & Beverage offering within the hotel. This includes assuming full responsibility in the absence of General Manager., • To have a full understanding of the hotels’ fire procedures to ensure safety of all staff and guests at all times., • Duties to include: Assisting reception with departures and arrivals., • Ensuring the safety and security of staff and guests alike. The successful candidate will need to have a drivers licence and access to a car with appropriate business insurance. Where does the role fit in In this role youll support colleagues across Care & Support by delivering training resolving system queries and championing the use of the new Nourish system. Youll be part of the Care & Support Systems Team working closely with the Technology Delivery Partner as well as colleagues across ICT HR Finance and operational services. As a Systems Coordinator youll play a vital role in ensuring our front-line teams have the right tools and data to deliver outstanding support. Day to Day Duties: As part of our high-performing Systems Team you will help ensure our information and business systems are rolled out and used effectively across Care & Support.
