This is a busy role, requiring a proactive, independent and capable approach. The Assistant needs to take full ownership of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the managers’ business activities including but not limited to travel planning and expenses, diary management, proof-reading, co-ordination of various types of meetings and team events. Each Assistant is also allocated various additional tasks, which are usually ad-hoc/weekly. For this role to be successful they need to interact across the whole of the EBRD up to and including Managing Directors and where applicable external clients & service providers. Accountabilities & Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate hotel/travel arrangements, itineraries and arranging visas, renewing passports as required to ensure travel arrangements run smoothly., • Process consultancy contracts/legal documentation and liaising with consultants, and outside lawyers as directed by manager., • Carry out all secretarial and administrative duties for Director/Manager to enable smooth running of the office., • Managing diaries, arranging internal and external meetings and VC calls, receiving visitors ensuring that each meeting is seamlessly executed., • Correspondence – drafting, checking and/or proofreading as needed. Additionally, all documents being submitted to various approval boards within the Bank are proof-read by Assistants, • Obtain the appropriate sign off on documents when required ensuring that they are signed or coordinated in a timely manner., • Take minutes at meetings ensuring all key points are captured, summarised and effectively presented to the manager., • Prepare material for meetings / committees., • Draft routine business correspondence for Director’s signature. Prepare, draft and check team documentation ensuring quality management control., • Responsible for arranging all elements of travel according to EBRD policy and claiming expenses in a timely manner to ensure the Director/Manager does not incur any unnecessary delays in receiving payment., • Maintain comprehensive filing in various hard copy and electronic systems and archiving for Managers’/team to ensure instant retrieval of documents., • Organise and coordinate filing in various electronic systems i.e. Live link including all aspects of safekeeping if applicable. Overall coordination and responsibility for the information added, ensuring quality management and control of the information., • May manage and coordinate conferences and events by being well organised, paying the utmost attention to detail and trouble shooting on the day to ensure that all runs smoothly and to time., • May act as departmental co-ordinator, IT co-ordinator, HR co-ordinator, IM co-ordinator., • Organise and coordinate internal departmental events ensuring they are professionally managed to a high standard., • Conduct ad-hoc or specific tasks assigned by Line Manager which may be related amongst others to pipeline or reporting., • Maintain Team shared calendar, Weekly Whereabouts, & Contact Database., • Provide secretarial cover during absences and provide handover notes to ensure a smooth transition. Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications Academic Qualifications • High School Education., • A recognised secretarial qualification would be useful, but is not essential., • Fluent English, with excellent written and oral communication skills., • Knowledge of another language (e.g. Russian, German, French, or Arabic) both written and spoken would be useful. The Sales Manager – Small Law Segment is a pivotal growth role responsible for driving the expansion of CoCounsel across small law firms in England & Wales. This role owns both retention of the existing small law customer base and new logo acquisition, ensuring CoCounsel becomes the trusted AI assistant of choice for smaller practices looking to compete more effectively against larger, better-resourced firms. CoCounsel is designed to help level the playing field for smaller firms. CoCounsel Essentials is a 'right-sized' AI solution designed to automate core legal tasks like document analysis, research, and drafting, bridging the gap between basic tools and costly enterprise systems. By using features like the CoCounsel Library and agentic workflows, firms are freed from routine tasks to focus on high-value strategic work and client relationships. This role will directly enable small firms to punch above their weight and pursue matters that were previously out of reach. Given the nature of this segment, success depends on high-velocity, high-volume sales motions — this is not a long, consultative enterprise sales cycle. It requires slick pipeline management, rapid deal conversion, and seamless digital onboarding, all closely coordinated with Marketing to keep demand generation and conversion tightly aligned. Own and deliver the sales target for CoCounsel across the small law (typically sole practitioner to circa 1–3 fee earner) segment in England & Wales. Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline, balancing a large volume of opportunities with efficient qualification and conversion — reflective of the broader small law model where each territory consists of a large base of small/solo firms. Drive new business acquisition while protecting and growing the existing footprint, supporting efforts to grow the CoCounsel footprint and retain existing customers. Proactively manage the renewal book for existing CoCounsel small law customers, identifying churn risk early and building retention plays. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., broader CoCounsel/Westlaw/Practical Law adoption) within the existing base. Use usage and engagement data to prioritise at-risk accounts and drive proactive intervention. Work in lockstep with Marketing to align campaign timing, messaging, and lead generation with sales capacity and targets. We work with young people who have been excluded from mainstream education, so that they are not excluded from society as well. We measure our success by how many of those young people go on to secure a positive future. A full role profile is available on request. Time commitment The Board meets three times a year, with an Annual General Meeting each December. Trustees receive a monthly update from the executive team and are expected to read board papers in advance and attend meetings consistently. Most meetings can be attended remotely, but Trustees are asked to attend at least one meeting in person in London each year. Including preparation, the minimum commitment is around 25-30 hours a year. We have three committees 1. HR, Remuneration & Nomination, 2. Finance & Audit and 3. Safeguarding and Impact each made up of two or three trustees, and we ask every trustee to join one. Support for our Trustees You'll be well-supported. This role has been created specifically to bring AI methods directly into PATH’s Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access (CVIA) science and operations, a world‑leading division of PATH that has helped develop and introduce more than two dozen vaccines over the past three decades. PATH’s Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access (CVIA) brings together our expertise across every stage of the long and complex process of vaccine research, development, and delivery to make lifesaving vaccines widely available to children and communities across the world. CVIA’s current portfolio encompasses more than two dozen vaccines either in development or already in use to protect against fifteen different diseases. Our focus is on vaccines to address the leading diseases that claim children’s lives worldwide: pneumonia, diarrheal disease, and malaria; as well as other global health priorities, such as polio and meningitis. We work in partnership with national health ministries, pharmaceutical manufacturers, donors, international financing and regulatory organizations, and many others.
