Job role: Patient Care Advisor Salary: £12.21 per hour Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (NE12) The role: Our client is a community healthcare provider who is dedicated to improving everyone’s wellbeing by making healthcare better. They currently seek a number of Patient Care Advisors (PCAs) to handle calls and emails, book appointments, and guide patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions through their care journey. The PCAs will work onsite at their Newcastle location for 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm).
