We're seeking reliable, hard working and passionate Sous Chef to join our team. Fern is a premium 'all-day' small plates/sharing restaurant, opening for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Plus brunch on Saturdays, and roast on Sundays. You will be passionate about preparing, cooking, and presenting fresh and seasonal produce. You will be a self-proclaimed ‘foodie and be able to thrive in high pressure environments. Fern is located opposite East Croydon Station which is ideal for those commuting via train, tram or bus.
