Are you looking to join Renault Group UK as our Commercial Programmes Manager? You will be building and co-ordinating the quarterly commercial cycle, including offers and strategy to support the achievement of the order and registrations plan. Department: Marketing Team: Marketing Planning Location: Hybrid – Maple Cross Contract: Full-time, Permanent What will you be doing? We are looking for someone to build and deliver a 360 commercial cycle to fulfil the sales and operations order targets on Retail, Local Fleet and Motability channels. Additionally, the job holder will own the commercial performance of sales in the Motability channel including volume, market share percentage and profitability. A key part of the role is to seek commercial opportunities across all business areas throughout the commercial cycle and optimise the relationship between Renault Group UK and our partner company (Mobilize Financial Services) throughout the cycle. Furthermore, you will chair and co-ordinate regular Renault Dealer Association meetings as well as review performance and propose corrective actions where required across different channels. You will also manipulate processes and offers to meet secondary KPIs, such as ageing stock and NFDA ranks. A core responsibility will be to produce a full suite of offers that meet customer and dealer demands and provide key enablers to commercial results across local market channels. Success will be measured via sales, market share, order take and retail profitability. Who are you? The successful candidate will have strong Excel, analytical, leadership, organisation and communication skills. Solid relationship management skills and strategic vision are also essential. Experience working within the UK automotive industry is required and dealer facing or in dealer experience is advantageous. What do we offer? 🚗Employee Car Ownership Plan (ECOP).
