    About the Role We are looking for a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to construct, erect, install, and repair wooden structures and fittings. You will work on a variety of projects, including internal and external frameworks, furniture, shop fittings, decking, and theatrical sets. The role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work from drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities • Examine drawings and specifications to determine job requirements., • Select, measure, and cut wood to specifications using hand tools and power tools., • Assemble and fix prepared wood pieces by screwing, nailing, gluing, or dowelling., • Construct frames, furniture, shop fronts, counter units, decking, theatrical sets, scale models, and templates., • Check the accuracy of work using measuring tools such as squares, rules, and spirit levels., • Maintain and repair wooden structures and fittings. Skills and Qualifications • Proven experience as a carpenter/joiner or completion of a recognised apprenticeship programme., • NVQ/SVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent work experience is advantageous., • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and tools, both hand and power tools., • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications., • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills., • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle materials and tools safely., • Strong teamwork and communication skills. Trainee Scaffolders will work under the supervision of experienced scaffolders, participate in training programs, and gain hands-on experience in working at heights and using scaffolding tools. The role requires a willingness to learn, a focus on safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications Basic understanding or willingness to learn skills related to working at height and confined spaces Experience or certification in CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) and fall protection measures Knowledge or training in scaffolding practices, techniques, and safety standards A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction Physical fitness and the ability to work in varying weather conditions A proactive attitude with a willingness to complete required training and certifications Prior experience in construction or scaffolding is a plus but not mandatory

This includes community access, day trips, weekend breaks, and our invite-only community hub café. The Role We are looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our team. This role involves supporting individuals in day services, the community, and home-based settings, helping them to access activities safely while promoting independence, wellbeing, and confidence. A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role includes transporting individuals to activities, appointments, and community outings. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support with daily living tasks such as personal care, dressing, and mobility Support individuals to engage in movement-based, fitness, and community activities Administer medication safely in line with care plans and company policy Support with meal preparation and feeding where required Provide emotional support and promote positive mental wellbeing Implement behaviour support strategies when needed Assist with light housekeeping to maintain safe environments Support with mobility, transfers, and physical tasks (training provided) Drive individuals safely to appointments, day trips, and activities Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns promptly Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and first aid procedures Bringing individuals to the gym/therapy sessions What We’re Looking For..
