Title: Recruitment Administrator - Central Services\nLocation: North West London area\nSalary: £28,000 - £30,000/Term\nContract: Fixed Term 9-12 months\nWorking pattern: Hybrid / On-site\n\nAn established education organisation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator - Central Services to support its recruitment functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, coordinating processes, and supporting multiple teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities, we would like to hear from you.\n\nWorking closely with central teams including HR, finance, governance, and operations, you will play a key role in supporting administrative processes and maintaining high standards across the organisation.\n\nThe role\nIn this position, you will support the effective delivery of central services by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring communication flows efficiently across teams. You will coordinate meetings, support reporting processes, and contribute to the smooth running of organisational operations.\n\nThis role would suit someone who is organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines while handling sensitive information with professionalism and care.\n\n Key responsibilities\n\nCoordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across the Trust\nPost vacancies on job boards, the Trust website, and recruitment platforms\nManage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records\nScreen applications against essential criteria (where appropriate)\nSchedule interviews, assessments, and selection activities\nLiaise with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive candidate experiencePre-Employment Checks & Compliance\n\nAdminister safer recruitment processes in line with statutory guidance (e.g. Keeping Children Safe in Education)\nCarry out pre-employment checks including:\nDBS applications\nReference requests and verification\nRight to work checks\nQualification verification\nMaintain accurate single central record (SCR) data where required\nEnsure all recruitment activity complies with GDPR and Trust policiesOnboarding Support\n\nCoordinate offer letters and contracts\nSupport onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed\nLiaise with payroll, HR, and school teams to ensure smooth onboarding\nProvide new starters with key information and documentationStakeholder Support\n\nAct as a first point of contact for recruitment queries from candidates and hiring managers\nProvide guidance to schools on recruitment processes and timelines\nBuild strong working relationships across the Trust \n\nWhy apply?\nThis is an opportunity to join a values-driven organisation where your administrative skills will have a meaningful impact.
