The business designed the first LED reading light for a commercial airliner in 1997 and now supplies major airlines and seat manufacturers worldwide. With in house designers and engineers the company creates tailored lighting solutions for aerospace and healthcare markets while manufacturing all products at its Oxfordshire headquarters. Beadlight is part of the Original BTC Group which supports its continued growth and innovation. The expanding leadership team is now seeking a Head of Operations to drive the next stage of development. As the Head of Operations your responsibilities will include • Setting and delivering operational strategy to support growth and scalability, • Leading day to day performance across all operational teams and functions, • Managing budgets KPIs and continuous improvement activity, • Overseeing health safety quality and compliance across the organisation, • Working closely with senior leaders to support new product development and customer engagement As the Head of Operations you will bring • Senior operations leadership experience within a manufacturing or technical environment, • Strong commercial and financial capability with clear decision making skills, • Proven ability to lead multi disciplinary teams, • Experience implementing operational improvement and managing change, • Confident communication with the ability to operate at senior leadership and board level You will join Beadlight at a pivotal moment as the business continues to experience exceptional growth.
