What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing role (experience in a salon or spa is essential). A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly personality Impeccable grooming and personal presentation. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage time effectively and a willingness to learn. Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking or POS systems (training provided).
