Qualifications and Experience: ·A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline. ·Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). ·Significant experience in a town planning role, preferably within a consultancy environment. ·Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation, policy, and procedures. ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ·Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. ·Proficiency in relevant planning software and tools.
