Able to deliver and lead others to deliver cutting-edge planning and project controls services in the construction industry, powered by the latest digital tools and technologies., 2. Good understanding of project delivery requirements from inception to closeout, 3. Able to develop project execution plans and programmes appropriate to project maturity / stage gate., 4. General understanding of contract forms with preference to experience with NEC, 5. Ability to navigate complex project environments, processes and requirements and operate with minimal guidance to achieving results and top-quality deliverables, 6. Advocate of innovation; bringing fresh ideas to the table, streamlining workflows and embracing digital transformation. Transmission & Distribution Sector Focus 1. This role is sector specific and prior experience in delivering construction projects as a client or general contractor representative/consultant in the sector is essential., 2. Understanding sector regulations, processes and contractual practices., 3. Ability to develop comprehensive project strategies for transmission projects, encompassing scheduling, risk management, and cost control, from initiation to close-out and handover., 4. Ability to work directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes and achieve common goals in the T&D environments.
