Key Responsibilities Carrying out general repair work, basic carpentry (e.g., hanging doors, fitting ironmongery, skirting, repairs). Basic plumbing duties (e.g., replacing taps, fixing leaks, re-sealing baths/showers, basic pipework). Patch plastering, filling, touch-up painting, and basic decorating. General site fixings, assembling furniture/fixtures, hanging signs, and basic ground maintenance where required. Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe for occupants or site staff. Requirements Proven background as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or Multi-Trader. Own hand & power tools essential for general repairs and carpentry/plumbing tasks. CSCS Card preferred (may be required depending on whether site is commercial or domestic). Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis, safety glasses).
