Tenancy Enforcement Advisor £27,060 Hybrid - weekly presence required in either Rushden or Boston office Permanent, Full Time As a Tenancy Enforcement Advisor at Amplius, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reporting anti‑social behaviour and neighbourhood management concern - making sure every interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism and confidence. You’ll support customers from the first call or webform submission, ensuring cases are captured accurately and directed swiftly to the right colleagues, helping us deliver exceptional service across our communities. Salary: £27,060 Contract: Permanent Your week: Full Time 9am to 5pm Location: Hybrid – weekly presence required in either Rushden or Boston office Snapshot of your role • Be the first point of contact for all anti‑social behaviour (ASB) and neighbourhood management queries via calls and webforms., • Triage, risk assess and action plan incoming contacts, providing clear initial advice and opening cases on the system., • Deliver excellent, empathetic customer service, building rapport and ensuring a positive first experience., • Escalate disclosures of Domestic Abuse or Safeguarding in line with Group policies., • Record all customer interactions accurately and compliantly, ensuring data protection requirements are met., • Achieve key performance indicators, including communication timescales and customer satisfaction targets. What we’re looking for • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations., • Strong ICT and administrative skills with confidence using systems and recording information accurately., • Ability to manage individual and team targets while maintaining a high‑quality service., • Confident in dealing with difficult situations and resolving them in a positive, customer‑focused way. Desirable • Experience of high‑volume call handling., • Knowledge of anti‑social behaviour and relevant legislation. Job Introduction As the Resident Engineer on our customer Weetabix's site you will maintain all TGW products and third party equipment inclusive of planned maintenance and breakdowns. You will contribute to strategies and support all continuous improvement activities, that underpin site performance. You'll be joining a maintenance team of 7 working a continental shift pattern: 4 on 2 off - 3 on 2 off - 3 on 2 off - 4 on then 8 days off. This is Days and Nights, 12 hour shifts We pride ourselves on developing our colleagues and upto 40% of all TGW jobs are filled by employees either stepping up or sideways. With multiple recording breaking sites coming up in the midlands over the coming years, this could be a great opportunity to join an established site with a view to move up within the business quickly. WHAT YOULL BE HANDLING Support to delivery of the contracted KPIs Electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification Reactive and preventativemaintenanceof TGW and third party products installed on site Support the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency ensuring that the customers orders are not missed Attend customer meetings providing any updates on the automation Suggest any continuous improvement activities that will increase the reliability of TGW and third party assets on site Actively seek root cause when remedying any breakdowns on TGW supplied equipment and software Co-ordinateplanned preventive maintenance activities with the customer Mentor, train and advise at all levels on engineering practices Co-ordination of any automation breakdowns and escalations Comply to all current, future health and safety legislation at all times WHAT YOULL NEED Minimum NVQ level 3/BTEC ONC/HNC Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Previous Experience of working in an operational engineering role within a similar environment Proficient communication skills and customer focused Ability to work in a time critical environment Able to work flexible shift patterns Demonstrated ability for solving problems Preferred experience of working with Warehouse Management Systems TPBN1_UKTJ
