We share success as a team. It’s very satisfying. A day's work for me is coming into the store having a good plan. The team will be happy and ready to help our customers. I love having a busy shop floor, booking loads of customers in for their dream kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. I'm there to support my team if they need any help on the design system and on customer projects. I work with a diverse range of people who all have their own quirks and that’s what I love. A really good day at work is being on shift with one of my closest colleagues or helping a lovely customer and making their day. That’s most days really! Communication is at the heart of everything we do. We need to give advice and tell each customer's story, style and ideas through their dream space - whether they just want a design doing, all the way to buying a new property. We share success as a team. It’s very satisfying. Whatever the ask or the big idea, our Showroom teams provide the advice and expertise needed to bring every customer vision to life. We’ll carry out a face to face or online interview (and we may request a 2nd interview if the role you're applying for is more complex). We’ll contact you with feedback, and maybe even a job offer. Check out our FAQs for more information about interviewing at B&Q. #J-18808-Ljbffr
