The Role A busy, operational and hands-on HR position including: First point of contact for HR queries Absence, performance & compliance administration HRIS system updates and changes Payroll changes & contract updates HR data management & weekly reporting Supporting change management projects Minutes and note taking in sensitive HR meetings Managing all HR correspondences + document preparation Filing, mail merging and documentation proofing Systems management Full or part time considered! About You: An experienced HR Administrator, ideally CIPD level 3 or working towards a CIPD qualification. You will be enthusiastic, proactive, a strong team player and relationship builder. You will ideally be systems savvy and comfortable hitting the ground running.
