Job Title: Digital Project Manager Location: Surrey Reports To: Head of Group Number of days in office: No set dates unless requested by manager. Contract length: End of March 2026 Day rate: £292 p/day (Inside IR35) Purpose of the Role The Digital Project Manager will have overall ownership of project delivery — managing either in-house initiatives or partner-led projects within defined timelines and budgets. The role requires strong experience in change management, vendor management, and familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, driving value and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities • Review and oversee projects (partner-led or in-house), engaging with relevant business stakeholders., • Facilitate and monitor projects using lean methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve productivity., • Conduct and implement quarterly business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify improvements., • Develop a value delivery framework to ensure measurable outcomes from both partner-led and internal projects., • Proactively review projects on a weekly basis to identify potential risks or issues early and prevent escalation., • Manage the people supply chain by identifying key resource needs in advance and supporting resource planning. Essential Skills and Experience • Extensive experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies and product-centric delivery (MVP approach)., • Understanding and practical application of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and automation in delivery workflows., • Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, including demand/supply planning, resource fulfilment, and financial processes., • Demonstrated capability to drive innovation and efficiency within project teams., • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams, including virtual and remote work environments., • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to anticipate issues and identify effective solutions., • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills., • Effective and proactive management of projects and programs with a strong focus on risk mitigation and dependency tracking., • 100% compliance with operational and contractual requirements verified through periodic reviews and audits., • Implementation and testing of business continuity plans (BCP), ensuring readiness and compliance., • Strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners., • Consistent ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results to tight deadlines., • Regional and European business process and support teams.
