Responsibilities: • Execute timely and efficient pickup and delivery services between the Palace Laundry facility in Fulham and various locations across central London, including our 8 hotels and other client establishments., • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating central London routes to ensure swift and smooth transportation of goods, optimising delivery times and minimising delays., • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the assigned vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues promptly to ensure the safety and reliability of the transportation fleet., • Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries, representing Firmdale Hotels with professionalism and courtesy at all times, and promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns., • Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and mileage, ensuring compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements., • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and handling goods, prioritizing the safety of oneself, passengers, and pedestrians at all times., • Collaborate effectively with other members of the Palace Laundry team and relevant hotel staff to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, optimize logistics, and ensure seamless operations.
