Business Development Executive Location: Onsite/ Hybrid (flexible) Salary: c£35,000 DOE + Commission + bonus for quality of leads Are you commercially sharp, naturally curious, and driven to hunt for new opportunities - all while contributing to something meaningful? The Opportunity We’re looking for a confident, motivated SDR to generate high-quality leads and book well-qualified appointments. You’ll work closely with an experienced commercial team and have a clear pathway into a more strategic or client-facing role as you develop. What You’ll Be Doing • Researching and identifying target accounts within priority sectors, • Mapping stakeholders - from end users and technical specialists to senior decision-makers, • Running outbound campaigns via phone, email and LinkedIn, • Booking qualified meetings that you’ll take forward through the early sales cycle, • Maintaining accurate, insight-rich CRM data, • Experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting, • Strong communication skills and solid commercial awareness, • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders across various functions, • A proactive, self-driven approach - you know how to build and nurture a pipeline, • A clear progression path from outreach to relationship management, • A supportive culture that invests in your development, • Flexibility to shape the role as you grow
