Aspire People are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Psychology graduates to work within primary schools supporting pupils with additional learning and emotional needs. This opportunity is particularly suited to graduates who are considering a long-term career within education and may eventually wish to progress into roles such as SENDCO, Inclusion Lead, Pastoral Support, or Teaching. Working within a school environment will provide first-hand experience of how pupils with SEND are supported academically, emotionally, and socially on a daily basis. You will gain valuable knowledge around intervention strategies, behaviour support, safeguarding, EHCPs, and inclusive classroom practices.
