Operations Manager – Herefordshire (West Midlands) We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced manager to join us and help shape the future of the service and lead the team to continued success. Our Herefordshire (West Midlands) drug and alcohol recovery service is a fully integrated service working with young people, adults and families. There is a focus on partnership working throughout the service to support those in the local community who need assistance to achieve their goals. We deliver treatment and support across the whole of Herefordshire ensuring a holistic and inclusive approach to recovery. We work collaboratively with stakeholders across the county and sector to provide a holistic treatment offer, drawing on the expertise of all services. • To lead and develop the team to deliver high-quality person-centred services as directed by the Senior Operations Manager in line with the Business Plan and best practice standards., • To work as a key member of the team in delivering the service. As Quality, Governance and Safeguarding Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all staff are trained and supported to safeguard our service users, working in partnership with Herefordshire Children's Service and Adult Social Services, and in conjunction with the Regional Performance Lead to utilise data and ensure actions are completed. In addition, the Operations Manager will champion quality interventions, undertake case file audits and establish best practice across the team. Aligned with our values, the successful candidate will strive to contribute towards the continued development of the service, support the management team to deliver the highest standards of care, and represent the organisation through engagement with partner agencies, service users and other stakeholders. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and highly attentive individual for a fixed term role within our team (there may be scope for the role to be extended). The Operations Manager will report to the Senior Operations Manager and support the safe and effective delivery of the Herefordshire Recovery Service, with direct responsibility for quality, governance, and safeguarding.
