Overview: We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes - Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make beverages - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders and processing payments - Upsell additional products and promote special offers - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations - Assist in food preparation tasks as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in a culinary, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively - Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and measuring ingredients - Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment - Ability to provide excellent guest services with a friendly attitude - Understanding of food safety practices and regulations Join our team as a Barista and be part of creating memorable experiences for our customers through delicious coffee beverages and exceptional service.
