Hours per week: 32 hours, plus 2 sleeps per week Shift Pattern: Covering Monday to Sunday, on a 3 week rolling rota Work Base: Site based An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team of Support Workers. If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you! As a Support Worker, you will be working in our accommodation-based services in Cheltenham, providing housing related support to people who are experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and help people to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for people. You will have a can do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
