Job Title: Creative & Content Executive Department: Content Team, part of the wider Marketing Team Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent role Location: Twickenham Reports to: Senior Brand & Content Manager Please note that this role will be employed by Lyvera Group (which Keith Prowse is a part of) Lyvera is a global leader in sports experiences, entertainment and events, bringing seven premium brands together all under one roof. They offer all-in-one access to the greatest events on earth – bespoke, exclusive and expertly delivered. We are looking for a Creative & Content Executive to work across their premium experience, travel and tours brands, based in Twickenham. YOU’LL BE DOING • Oversee creative and content generation, including editorial calendars, campaign assets, and thought-leadership pieces, • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including channel planning, community engagement, proactive posting, reactive response, and performance optimisation, • Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging framework across all content formats and channels, • Lead briefing, coordination, and quality control for freelancers, creators, agencies, and internal contributors, • Own content analytics - track performance, report insights, and refine the content strategy to increase reach, engagement, and conversion YOU’LL HAVE • An in depth understanding of social media management, with knowledge of content creation, scheduling, reporting, and optimisation for engagement and reach, • Excellent video production, photography and editing skills, with working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar, • Experience supporting email marketing campaigns, ideally using platforms such as DotDigital, Mailchimp or similar email tools, • Strong writing ability, able to create compelling, on-brand content for blogs, emails, and multi-channel campaigns, • An eye for brand consistency, ensuring content and creative outputs reflect agreed guidelines and messaging, • Ability to work with multiple partners and stakeholders, delivering assets and reports that strengthen relationships and support shared objectives, • Organisational skills to manage reviews and reputation platforms, ensuring feedback loops are captured and used to improve communications, • A proactive, collaborative mindset, able to support multiple projects across our brand portfolio, • The ability to work on several projects at once, with a positive, can-do attitude YOU’LL BE USING (among others): • InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut and Premier Pro (on the job training will be given) to produce a wide range of collateral in the form of social assets, gif files, display ads, logo’s, video’s etc, • CMS (Sitecore, Drupal - on the job training will be given) and be the point of contact to maintain the Lyvera news and blog page along with other landing pages.
