Benefits: Flexible working hours (8am-4pm/9am-5pm/8:30-4:30pm) Autonomy to manage your own diary free onsite charging for electric cars Uncapped commission with OTE ranging from £10,000-30,000 Clear progression path for high performers Proven track record in new business sales The Role: You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and winning new clients across multiple sectors, including groundworks, construction, commercial, public sector, infrastructure, industrial, social housing, manufacturing, and facilities management. You will build your own pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach, qualify opportunities, and close deals to drive growth. Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager: Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals Build and manage a strong pipeline, consistently hitting activity targets Identify key decision-makers and build relationships that convert into contracts Present solutions and negotiate commercial terms to close deals Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery Requirements of a Business Development Manager: Proven track record in new business sales with a hunter mentality Experience in waste, recycling, construction, or facilities management is preferred Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused Comfortable with national travel and hold a Full UK Driver's Licence TPBN1_UKTJ
