🏗️ Senior Project Manager – Commercial & Hospitality Construction 📍 Location: UK-wide (Hybrid) 💼 Salary: £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits 📅 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic and well-established business operating across the commercial, hospitality, leisure, and public sectors. We’re hiring on behalf of our client – an award-winning design, build, and maintenance company – to bring on a hands-on, solutions-focused professional to manage and deliver major fit-out and construction projects across the UK, Channel Islands, and beyond. This role requires someone with a strong track record of running large-scale commercial construction projects, ideally with experience in the hospitality sector. You’ll be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple high-value projects, managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure the smooth completion of each scheme. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion, • Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and labour in line with project requirements, • Produce detailed project programmes, site reports, and meeting minutes, • Attend and lead client and contract meetings, • Track and control project costs in collaboration with the Quantity Surveying team, • Monitor health & safety from pre-start through to handover, • Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and company standards across all sites, • Lead on snagging, handovers, and final close-out, • Drive commercial awareness and quality control throughout the build, • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior PM delivering commercial or hospitality projects, • Experience managing high-value, multi-trade construction schemes across multiple sites, • Strong organisational and time management skills, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills, • Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach, • Strong IT skills, including MS Project, Excel, and Outlook, • Relevant qualifications in construction or project management, • SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid (preferred), • £60,000+ (DOE), • Company car or car allowance, • Bonus scheme, • Laptop & mobile phone, • Pension and enhanced holiday allowance (28 days, rising with service), • Additional paid leave over the Christmas shutdown, • Regular team events, wellbeing perks, and development opportunities, • Hybrid working model with occasional visits to the Head Office in South Yorkshire
