Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Online Advertising Manager. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, developing and executing online marketing strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data to ensure maximum ROI. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align advertising efforts with broader business goals. Qualifications • Strong skills in Online Advertising and Digital Marketing, including experience with tools such as Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic advertising., • Solid foundation in Online Marketing and Marketing strategy development to align campaigns with brand objectives., • Experience with Sales and lead generation, with a focus on driving measurable results., • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns., • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams., • Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, or related industries is an advantage., • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.

Reporting directly into the Head of Engineering for a tribe, and working with key stakeholders you will be accountable for technical vision, strategy and execution in your team and proactively manage technical risks at Fresha. Key Accountabilities • This is a heavily technical role, hands-on coding skills are expected.
