We have a unique opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our internal Risk & Compliance team. This role can be based in any of our national offices (Bath Birmingham Cambridge Leeds London or Manchester). This role also offers a hybrid working environment with two days in the office per week. Some travel might be required from time to time. This is a new and strategically important position ideal for someone who is passionate about embedding a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining high standards across a values-led organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal quality systems helping prepare the firm for ISO 9001 certification and supporting our ongoing commitment to regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Working closely with the Head of the Risk and Compliance team youll act as the firms internal expert on quality management leading audits maintaining documentation and helping ensure that processes are both efficient and aligned with industry best practices. General duties include but are not limited to: • Lead the design implementation and ongoing development of the firms internal quality management system with a particular focus on preparing for ISO 9001 certification., • Conduct internal audits across departments and locations to assess adherence to quality standards and internal policies., • Support the Risk Manager in maintaining and developing firm-wide policies and procedures., • Identify and manage non-conformance issues ensuring appropriate actions are taken and recorded., • Maintain and manage quality documentation version control and audit trails in line with regulatory and accreditation requirements., • Work with teams across the business to embed a consistent and practical approach to quality and compliance., • Monitor updates to relevant legal professional and regulatory requirements (e.g. SRA Standards and Regulations) and help ensure timely implementation of necessary changes., • Coordinate and support external audits and accreditation visits acting as the key liaison for external assessors., • Provide training and awareness sessions for staff on internal quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Essential • Proven experience in a quality management or compliance role ideally within a legal or professional services environment, • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards including experience supporting or leading an organisation through ISO accreditation processes, • Strong understanding of risk and compliance within regulated environments, • Proficient in document management and reporting tools, • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute effectively, • Excellent communication skills both internally with colleagues and externally with clients, • A commitment to ongoing professional development, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification (or equivalent), • Familiarity with the SRA Standards and Regulations, • Experience implementing or maintaining quality systems across multiple office locations, • Understanding of the unique regulatory and operational landscape of law firms working in the charity and education sectors, • A previous role within a law firm or experience being a qualified lawyer Benefits • Competitive salary, • Profit Share Scheme, • Cycle to work scheme, • Private Medical Insurance, • Life assurance (4 x salary), • Pension scheme, • 28 days holiday (in addition to statutory UK holidays), • Additional day allocated for CSR activities per annum Individual differences are embraced at Stone King and we strive to create an environment in which people feel supported and able to be themselves. Commercial Project Coordinator - Job Description Were looking for a highly organised confident and proactive Commercial Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of commercial campaigns and content across our partner network. This is a fast-paced collaborative role that offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple departments including Commercial Creative Production and Finance ensuring smooth delivery of projects and meeting key contractual obligations with our partners. Whether youre a recent graduate or someone with early experience looking to build a career in project coordination or commercial operations this role will give you hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the business and allow you to grow quickly in a supportive ambitious team. Youll need to be a strong communicator whos comfortable engaging with a wide range of internal teams and external stakeholders including senior management and clients and confident managing competing priorities with calm efficiency. An enthusiasm for the cycling industry or experience working with sports or lifestyle brands would be a huge bonus. This role reports directly to the Partnership Operations Manager. You will also work closely with senior members of the commercial and management team. The Role • Coordinate commercial content and partnership deliverables ensuring timelines stakeholders and production teams are aligned and informed., • Support scheduling of branded content across social media platforms in collaboration with the social team., • Act as a key point of contact to ensure teams have access to relevant commercial assets (imagery promotional materials kit etc.)., • Manage the logistics around commercial product orders and presenter equipment., • Maintain accurate inventories of commercial kit and help oversee monthly equipment audits alongside the workshop team., • Help maintain partner records and ensure documentation is up to date and accessible., • Organise and support partner activations including competitions and trade show planning., • Liaise with internal departments (including accounts) to align on deliverables deal renewals and commercial revenue planning., • Monitor and improve project management processes and documentation ensuring consistent archiving and compliance (including GDPR)., • Relevant project management experience would be beneficial i.e. able to initiate a project manage tasks coordinate people track progress and deliver outcomes., • Experience working with senior stakeholders or; in client-facing roles would be a plus because the role involves building and maintaining positive commercial relationships.Knowledge, • Commercial awareness with understanding of business priorities and processes e.g. understanding how your work contributes to business goals client success and audience engagement within the cycling media space., • An interest in and understanding of the cycling industry is a significant advantage - cycling partners will rely upon you to be knowledgeable about their business and competitors., • Therefore a passion for and knowledge of cycling brands is highly desirable.Skills, • Very good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines., • Excellent communication skills - confident in building relationships and communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners., • High attention to detail., • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive)., • Experience using project management tools such as Basecamp Asana or similar.Approach, • Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment., • A proactive problem-solving aptitude: able to demonstrate initiative take ownership of tasks and resolve issues independently., • Enthusiastic self-motivated and eager to learn., • An efficient reliable and competent approach.
