Free Parking Our niche client law firm that focuses on private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts and Powers of Attorney. They are looking for a meticulous Office Manager to deliver a high-quality service and care to the firms established and new client base and provide support to their private client team at their offices in Potters Bar. Responsibilities of Office Manager. You will provide legal and administrative support to their private client team Draft legal documents, letters and correspondence for review. Preparing bound documents for signing and preparing bills. Handling all incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression. Managing and nurturing new client leads, following up on enquiries and supporting the conversion process. Communicate with clients in person, by telephone and correspondence, taking enquiries, making appointments Co-ordinating appointments and meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring seamless scheduling. Processing and directing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently. Managing client files and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. Archiving and retrieving of documents from storage. Keeping the office running smoothly through efficient organisation and support. Skills and Experience required. An Office Manager with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Highly motivated, proactive individual with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and have an excellent telephone manner and can handle sensitive situations with discretion.
