Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff. Oversee food preparation to ensure high standards of quality, taste, and presentation are consistently met. Coordinate and lead kitchen team during service to maintain efficiency and smooth workflow. Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages. Train, mentor, and support junior chefs and kitchen staff. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Contribute to menu planning and development alongside the Head Chef. Step in for the Head Chef when needed to maintain kitchen standards and operations.
