Technical Sales Manager Lee-on-Solent (UK-wide travel) Precision Engineering | Aerospace, Defence & Oil & Gas Competitive Salary + BenefitsShorterm Group are representing a leading precision engineering company in the search for a Technical Sales Manager to support continued growth across key sectors including Aerospace, Defence, Sub-Sea and Oil & Gas.The RoleThis is a dynamic, customer-facing position involving UK-wide travel, focused on developing new business and building long-term relationships. You'll take ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to delivery, working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors- Visit customers nationwide to build and grow key accounts- Provide technical sales support, estimating, and project coordination- Manage projects end-to-end, from enquiry through to completion- Act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat businessAbout the CompanyOur client specialises in delivering high-quality, complex precision-engineered components to a global customer base.
