As an AI Product Manager at Zensar, you will own the execution, delivery, and growth of AI-powered products and solutions. Youll translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring enterprise AI engineering platforms, automation suites, multi-modal AI solutions, and AI Assurance frameworks to market. Beyond building products, you will also drive commercial growth across new, existing, and net-new accounts, ensuring Zensars AI offerings deliver measurable client value and competitive differentiation. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on product delivery, requiring a strong technical foundation, client orientation, and business growth mindset. Duties and Responsibilities Translate AI product strategy into delivery roadmaps and feature releases. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality launches. Prioritise innovation in enterprise AI engineering, generative AI, automation, and AI assurance. Drive new, existing, and net-new account growth in AI, working with sales and client partners to identify opportunities. Shape account strategies to maximize adoption, revenue growth, and long-term value. Engage deeply with BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, and telecom clients to uncover AI opportunities. Validate solutions through pilots, prototypes, and customer feedback loops. Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate requirements into features. Work with governance and ethics teams to embed responsible AI practices. Support GTM activities including demos, collateral, and sales enablement. Strengthen partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google) and AI ecosystem players. Define KPIs, track adoption metrics, and iterate to optimize business and client outcomes. Required Qualifications 10+ years of proven experience in product management, AI/ML product leadership, or related roles with proven delivery of enterprise AI solutions. Product & Growth Leadership: Track record of driving commercial growth across new, existing, and net-new accounts. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI architectures, generative AI, and multi-modal systems. Skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders and aligning AI solutions to business outcomes. Commitment to fairness, transparency, security, and sustainability in product delivery. Experience with enterprise AI engineering platforms that improve developer productivity and reduce technical debt preferred. Hands-on knowledge of multi-modal AI and real-time AI in regulated industries. Consulting or client-facing experience in AI transformation programs.
