Join us and help shape the future of hygiene innovation. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated B2B and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic UK field Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role operates across washroom service, distribution and end user channels. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of key UK customers, play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with the internal team to maximise growth opportunities. Responsibilities: -\tBuild strong, long-term relationships with key clients -\tAct as the main point of contact and advocate for clients within the organisation -\tRegularly engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges -\tAchieve and exceed revenue targets, taking full ownership of the commercial performance across the portfolio -\tProvide sales forecasts, Pipeline reporting and business presentations -\tUpdate the CRM and Pipeline effectively -\tStrategic Account Planning: o\tDevelop and implement strategic account plans to achieve growth and revenue targets o\tIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs o\tRegular quarterly business reviews with your top UK clients o\tPro-actively identify and manage risk across the account base -\tCollaboration and Coordination: o\tCollaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services o\tCoordinate with the client and internal teams to resolve any issues or challenges promptly o\tWork closely with the internal CSR team to ensure account efficiency -\tData Analysis and Reporting: o\tUtilise data and analytics to track key account metrics and performance o\tProvide regular reports and updates to clients on the status of projects and initiatives. -\tIndustry Knowledge: o\tStrong understanding of the hygiene industry, market trends, and competition o\tUnderstanding of the manufacturer B2B sales process -\tCommunication Skills: o\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills o\tAbility to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner -\tNegotiation and Influencing: o\tProven ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers -\tTeam Collaboration: o\tExperience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams o\tAbility to foster a positive and collaborative team environment -\tAdaptability: o\tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment o\tWillingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges The Successful Applicant What we are looking for: -\tMinimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or a related field -\tDemonstrated success in growing and retaining key accounts -\tConfident with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint -\tConfident using CRM systems and sales tools to track activity, manage pipeline and produce reports Interpersonal skills -\tSelf-motivated with a positive outlook to work autonomously or as part of a team -\tFlexible approach and positive attitude -\tKeen eye for detail -\tPunctual with good timekeeping and time management What`s on Offer -\tCompetitive Salary and commission structure -\tOpportunities for professional development and career progression -\tA supportive and collaborative work environment -\t24 days annual leave plus bank holidays -\tCompany pension scheme -\tLife Insurance -\tCompany Car How do I Apply Does this sound like you?
