Here's what the team will be looking for We are seeking a candidate with an NVQ Level 4 in Care (or equivalent) or at least two years' experience in a mental health setting. You should have a strong understanding of mental health, recovery principles, and co-production, along with experience working collaboratively with professionals, services, and communities. Knowledge of care planning, risk assessment, recovery tools, and the Mental Health Act is essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, confidence in group facilitation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are key. You will be proficient in IT systems, including electronic case management tools, and demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and clear professional boundaries. A commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed practice is fundamental to this role.
