What We’re Looking For • 5+ years’ HRIS experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (UKG experience a bonus)., • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills., • Strong knowledge of HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR, Talent, Performance, Compensation)., • Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy., • A detail-driven professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., • EMEA or international HRIS experience is highly desirable.
