Social Media Management (through the Social Media Officer) • Provide strategic direction for NRF’s social media to align with marketing and fundraising objectives., • Supervise the Social Media Officer to ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy., • Guide platform-specific campaigns tailored to engage diverse groups and audiences., • Oversee paid social campaigns and organic content, optimising performance through data insights., • Monitor emerging trends and platform developments to keep NRF’s social presence relevant and impactful. 6.
