As a sous chef, you will assist the Head Chef, helping with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, including: • kitchen service, working closely with the team of chefs and KPs • quality assurance • stock management and orders • health, safety and hygiene • compliance with statutory regulations and legislation Required skills and experience: • minimum of 2 year as a sous chef in a similar unit • boundless energy and enthusiasm • can-do attitude £17-£19 depending on experience
