What youll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job its a place where you feel valued. You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Experience/knowledge of working with homeless individuals and families Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves. You will work core hours between 09:00 and 17:00 with flexibility built in This role will include working from two separate properties in the city. There will be an office at one of the properties, but you will also have the opportunity to work from home or our regional office.
