Key Responsibilities: Prepare and grill meats, seafood, and vegetables according to recipes and customer preferences. Operate and maintain grills, fryers, and other cooking equipment safely. Ensure food is cooked at the right temperature and presented properly. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock of ingredients. Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service. Clean and maintain the grilling station and equipment after each shift. Monitor portion sizes and minimize food waste. Follow all company kitchen policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Grillman, Line Cook, or similar role. Knowledge of grilling techniques and food preparation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Good teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
