Key Responsibilities: -Part Time/Full time . Main objective would be to assemble sandwiches in an efficient and clean work space. We’re looking for a calm, reliable line cook who enjoys clean flavors, thoughtful prep, and working in a small, well-run kitchen. This is an opening role with real ownership and room to grow. Organize walk-in and dry storage; ensure FIFO rotation. Support kitchen team by keeping ingredients stocked and ready for service. Prep Cook Qualifications: Basic knife skills and ability to follow recipes accurately. Able to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for long periods. Prior experience preferred but not required; training provided. Cook Key Responsibilities: Cook noodles, dumplings, and entrées according to San Wei recipes and plating standards. Operate woks, noodle boilers, steamers, fryers, and other equipment safely. Maintain clean and organized station throughout service. Communicate with expo and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. Monitor food quality, portion control, and ticket times. Assist with daily opening/closing duties and restocking. Cook Qualifications: Fast-casual or Asian kitchen experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Food safety knowledge; training provided.

Looking for part time to work in the kitchen, shifts start 4:00Am-9:00am this will include baking pastry’s, cookies and setting up the store Food handlers would be helpful but not required.
