Role 1: Document Scanner — $21.00/hourIn this role you will operate industrial scanners to digitize large batches of documents for clients. You will review scanned files for quality, catch errors, and make sure every file is complete and print-ready. This is detail-focused, production-paced work where your accuracy makes a real difference. Document Scanner Duties: • Operate industrial scanners to digitize large batches of documents, • Review scanned files for quality control — checking for clear images, consistent formatting, and accurate content, • Identify and correct errors to ensure all files are complete and print-ready, • Maintain focus and a steady pace during repetitive tasks, • Communicate clearly with the team — ask questions, flag concerns, and escalate issues as needed Document Scanner Requirements:, • Comfortable working in a production environment, • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., • High attention to detail with the ability to spot formatting and content errors, • Comfortable using computers and scanning software, • Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site Role 2: Cutter and Trimmer — $20.00/hourIn this role you will operate an industrial cutting machine to trim printed documents with precision. You will load stacks of paper, align materials for accurate cuts, and help keep the workspace clean and organized. Safety is built into the machine — you never physically touch the blade. This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable in a steady production environment. Cutter and Trimmer Duties: • Operate an industrial cutting machine to trim printed documents, • Load stacks of paper into the cutter and align materials for precise cuts, • Safely change blades when needed — the machine is designed so you never physically touch the blade, • Clean up paper scraps and maintain a safe, organized workspace, • Use the computer for light data entry into their tracking software, • Stay focused during repetitive tasks and keep a steady pace Cutter and Trimmer Requirements:, • Comfortable working in a production environment, • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., • High attention to detail with the ability to spot errors, • Comfortable using computers for light data entry, • Safety-oriented and willing to follow safety procedures precisely, • Open to cross-training and supporting other tasks in the warehouse, • Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site Role 3: Warehouse Associate — $20.00/hourIn this role you will be the engine that keeps materials moving through the facility. You will handle incoming and outgoing packages, manage inventory using ERP systems and barcoding, and support the production team with scanning, trimming, or quality review as needed. This is an active, on-your-feet role for someone who is organized, tech-comfortable, and loves being part of a team. Warehouse Associate Duties: • Handle incoming and outgoing packages, unpack, and organize materials, • Use a manual pallet jack and label books and documents, • Track and clean inventory using ERP systems, spreadsheets, and barcoding, • Assist with document scanning, trimming, or quality review depending on role placement, • Stay active during repetitive tasks and maintain a steady pace, • Communicate clearly with the team — ask questions, flag concerns, and escalate issues as needed Warehouse Associate Requirements:, • At least 6 months of experience in a physical, production, or warehouse role, • Comfortable being on your feet all day — lifting, bending, and using your upper body and hands, • Attention to detail for inventory, scanning, trimming, or quality review tasks, • Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, barcoding, and ERP systems, • Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site Schedule Options: Full-Time (Monday through Friday): • Swing Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., • Medical, • Dental, • Vision, • Short Term Disability, • Term Life and AD and D, • Identity Theft Protection, • Prescription Plan
