You are the calm in the storm—the expert who can dive into PLC logic, chase down a VFD trip, or sort out a servo that won’t home. This work is hands-on industrial automation—not IT. Impact you’ll make • Restore uptime by diagnosing and repairing PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, AC/DC drives, and plant instrumentation., • Execute on-site electronic repairs across a spectrum of production machinery—from basic equipment to sophisticated systems., • Lead installations, commissioning, and start-up of industrial control and motion platforms., • Deliver field retrofits and bring large, complex control systems online successfully., • Provide after-hours support on a rotating on-call schedule—because operations don’t sleep., • Partner with internal teams and customer personnel; communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and close the loop., • Research, test, and resolve hard technical issues with a do‑whatever‑it‑takes mindset. What you bring, • 3–5 years working with industrial electronic controls, including relays, contactors, solenoids, and control logic., • Strong schematic reading/interpretation skills., • Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and program AC VFDs and DC motor controls., • Expertise diagnosing PLCs and servo motion controllers., • Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teammates., • Self-motivated, organized, and effective with limited supervision., • Creative, tenacious approach to solving electronic/industrial device issues., • Capable of handling multiple projects with urgency and sound decisions., • Bonus: Electrical/electronic ACAD and PLC programming experience., • Education: Four-year degree preferred., • Prepared with your own relevant hand tools., • Attitude: positive, energetic, and collaborative—equally effective solo or with a team.
