This candidate must possess comprehensive expertise in administering, configuring, and deploying the full Microsoft stack.\n\nThe Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and related technologies. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, managing network servers, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. Additionally, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing the company's Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer service.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\n•\tEnsure security through configuration and management of Azure Entra access controls and the Microsoft Defender Administration Console.\n•\tSetup and support Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, and security policies. \n•\tCoach IT support resources on the utilization of Intune for device and application provisioning, and Mobile Device Management.\n•\tInstall, configure and maintain physical servers, virtual servers, Azure cloud services, software, hardware, and networks.\n•\tMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.\n•\tArchitect system alerts and help respond to system and end-user issues.\n•\tPerform “root cause analysis” when the Service Desk escalates problems/tickets and implement recommended improvements to address systemic level issues.\n•\tTravel to branch offices to provide on-site user and network support, provision new offices, and de-commission closing offices.\n•\tPrepare and publish self-help documentation for IT support reference and common “how to” problems into the knowledge base.\n•\tAssist in training and mentoring junior technicians and new team members.\n•\tCollaborate with IT team members onsite and remotely to build and maintain positive, productive team relationships.\n•\tStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the team to drive innovation and enhance service delivery.\n \nRequired Skills/Experience:\n•\tStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure/Entra/Defender\n•\tStrong working knowledge of M365 with administration experience\n•\tProficient with InTune – config/setup, deployment, MDM, policies, etc.\n•\tProven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.\n•\tAdvanced technical skills and credentials, including network administration, system administration, and cloud administration (e.g., MCSE, MC Azure Solutions Architect).\n•\tStrong working knowledge of Active Directory – ability to create/modify/disable accounts.\n•\tProven mastery of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server and SQL Server.\n•\tPassionate about technology and learning new technologies.\n•\tExperience with environments of 800 users or more preferred.\n•\tStrong teamwork skills to foster professional and positive relationships within the team.\n•\tExcellent documentation and organizational skills.\n•\tStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n•\tExperience with the following technologies: \no\tMS Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\no\tMicrosoft Teams, Outlook/Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.\no\tMicrosoft Windows Remote Desktop Services.\no\tMeraki network devices, including Switches, Firewalls, and WAPs.\no\tWi-Fi / VPN / Mobile Access.\no\tService Now ticket management and Autotask Datto Kaseya for RMM \no\tProofpoint Email/SPAM filtering. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Skills \n\t\t\t\t\t Windows, active directory, intune \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Top Skills Details \n\t\t\t\t\t Windows,active directory,intune \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t Additional Skills & Qualifications \n\t\t\t\t\t Education and Experience:\n•\tHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
