Overview We are excited to announce an opportunity for a CSO Learning Coach to join our South-Central region team, covering MO, OK, CO, NM, and TX. If you have 3+ years of experience in the commercial property/casualty insurance industry as an Account Supervisor, Account Executive, or Account Manager and are ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect fit for you. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment How you'll make an impact What a Day Will Look Like: • Develop and drive the learning and development needs for GGB-US Client Service Operation., • Deliver high-quality, enterprise-wide training solutions within Regions and Division., • Drive adoption of process and system utilization and best practices through training that supports employees who are new to Gallagher, who have been acquired (mergers and acquisitions) by Gallagher, and who require reinforcement training through additional training and/or desk side Leading/support., • In partnership with the Client Service Leaders, determine learning needs based on CSO Management and/or Workbench Reports and other feedback from regions., • Leverage and deploy enterprise-developed learning assets designed to meet the needs of the Division, which may include classroom and web-based learning collateral (presentations, discussion and facilitator guides, job aids and performance support tools, assessments, etc.)., • Work closely with the Learning and Development team to implement/rollout new training courses/materials., • Provide feedback to Learning and Development team regarding training content improvements., • Support the development of new assets designed to meet the needs of the region, which may include materials for classroom-based learning, PowerPoint presentations, discussion guides, facilitator guides, web-based training, job aids and performance support tools, assessments, certification programs, etc.; Proactively share learning assets developed with Regional and Divisional counterparts., • Deliver training across Division in a classroom and/or a webinar setting to support onboarding, new employee training, and reinforcement, including that needed for merger and acquisitions., • Research and resolve routine issues that surface as part of the development lifecycle process and implementation of learning., • Contribute to the Divisional assessment and certification approach., • Support the data needed to report on learning metrics, including learning dashboards for HR and business unit leadership, • Research and resolve routine issues that surface as part of the development lifecycle process and implementation of learning., • Escalate issues to managers, as needed. Skills that will lead to success: • Collaboration with clients and stakeholders, • Partner with clients and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, • Development and implement materials designed to drive behavior change, • Professional relationship building, • Exhibit strong presence and interpersonal skills Required: • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in the commercial (property/casualty) insurance industry as an Account Supervisor, Account Executive, or Account Manager., • Skilled in developing and adhering to individual work plans., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Advanced skills in MS Office application with expertise in PowerPoint, Visio, and Project., • Experience with Epic (agency management system)., • Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily within the South-Central region., • Occasional travel to Gallagher headquarters in Rolling Meadows, IL #LI-WM1 #APIntegration Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
