Job Description Job Posting: Construction Accountant Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Construction Accounting Team as a Construction Accountant. As a Construction Accountant, you will manage financial activities specific to construction projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking, budgeting and reporting to support project profitability and compliance. Responsibilities • Track and record project costs, budgets, and change orders, • Prepare draw requests, progress billings, and job cost reports, • Reconcile accounts and ensure timely payment of subcontractors and vendors, • Monitor project budgets and provide financial analysis to project managers, • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, • 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry, • Knowledge of job costing, AIA billing, and construction contracts, • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Procore, Yardi & Textura), • Full Time, • Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 at home, • Salary, • Headquarters; Reporting: direct to Construction Accounting Manager Choose EMBREY: Join an industry-leading team where we believe our people are our most important investment.
