Job Description About Us We are a a trusted fire protection company specializing in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems across Bay Area. Responsibilities: * Design fire sprinkler systems using AutoSprink/ AutoCAD and/or Revit in accordance with NFPA standards * Perform hydraulic calculations and prepare submittal packages * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate fire protection systems into project designs * Prepare material lists and fabrication drawings * Assist with permits and project documentation * Stay current on industry codes, regulations, and technology Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience designing fire sprinkler systems (preferred) * Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or sprinkler design software (e.g., AutoSprink, HydraCAD, SprinkCAD) * Knowledge of NFPA standards (especially NFPA 13, 14, 20) * NICET certification (Level I - Level 4 in Water-Based Systems) preferred but not required * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Excellent communication and organizational skills What We Offer * Competitive pay (based on experience and qualifications) * Overtime and prevailing wage opportunities * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Ongoing training and development opportunities * A supportive, safety-first team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Pittsburg, CA 94565 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Pittsburg, CA 94565: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Company DescriptionW3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
